Heraldic Consultation!
Come one, come all! If you are working on a name or device to register or if you haven’t gotten that far and would like to get started - now’s your chance. We will be offering consultation tables at Herald’s Point. Bring your thoughts and ideas and turn them into something that you can register. The heralds will assist you in navigating the registration process – you may even be able to send it in that day! (If you’ve already started the process, remember to bring what you’ve already done.)
Masqued Ball!
There will be a Masqued Ball to follow feast. Dance classes will be offered throughout the day at RUM and if you don't already have a mask to bring there will be a Masque Making workshop from 12:00 to 2:00 pm on site.We will be having Tants Musiky playing for the populace! So come and make merry and practice those dance moves!
Dance Instuctor Biographies
Master Philip White - Order of the Laurel, Incipient Barony of Ayreton, Provice of Tree-Girt-Sea Master Philip White has been teaching European dance for fifteen years. He is a regular dance instructor for events such as Terpsichore at the Tower, Pennsic War, and the Known World Dance and Music Symposium. Master Philip will be teaching at this year's Terpsichore event.
Mistress Alina of Foxwood - Order of the Laurel, Barony of Cynnabar Mistress Alina of Foxwood has been teaching European dance for over sixteen years. She regularly leads dance classes at Terpsichore at the Tower, Pennsic War, Step Spritely, Dancers' Revolt, and the Northshield Dance Seminar. Mistress Alina also serves as editor for the annual publication, Terpsichore at the Tower: Guide to the Dances, and will be teaching at this year's Terpsichore event.
Lady Felice Debbage, O.G.R. - Order of the Willow, Marche of Tirnewydd, Barony of Middle Marches Lady Felice Debbage, O.G.R. has been teaching European dance for seven years. She teaches regularly at Terpsichore at the Tower, An Elizabethan Faire, Pennsic War, and numerous local events. Lady Felice also hosts weekly dance practices in the Marche of Tirnewydd and recently published a short book entitled, Effective Calling Techniques for Historical and Traditional Dance. She will be teaching at this year's Terpsichore at the Tower and An Elizabethan Faire.
